On April 8th, 2014 a select group of music execs, press, radio, TV, and representatives of the Jackson estate gathered in New York for a first listen to Michael Jackson’s new album, XSCAPE. During the party, Epic Records Chairman and CEO, L.A. Reid presented the Jackson estate with a Jewel Box Platinum custom designed plaque in honor of Thriller selling more than 100 million copies and holding the title for biggest selling album of all time!
XSCAPE, an album of all new music, written by MJ and Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, is set to be released May 13, 2014.

Page 13 of the current March 8th issue of Billboard magazine features Jewel Box favs Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert each holding JBP-designed custom Chart and Platinum plaques. Blake was celebrating his #1 hits “Round Here” and “Mine Would Be You” and Miranda was presented with a plaque commemorating her 4 straight PLATINUM albums!
They both look great in platinum!
The RIAA has certified Interscope/19/Mercury Nashville artist SCOTTY MCCREERY’s lead single and title track, “See You Tonight” as GOLD in the US! This is his third RIAA-certified GOLD record as an artist, and first as a writer.
“This is the one I’m most proud of,” said MCCREERY.
The single is currently #10 on the MEDIABASE Country Singles Chart.
