WHAT IS THE RIAA?
The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) is a trade organization that was established in 1952. The RIAA represents some of the most iconic record labels – Atlantic, Capitol, RCA, Warner Records, Columbia, Motown and countless others – behind today’s most popular artists. They work to protect artists’ creative freedom and promote the unique work that labels do to support them. They also work to protect artists and all music creators from the damaging impact of music theft. It’s up to all of us to safeguard the creative value of artists’ work.
The RIAA’s historic Gold & Platinum Program defines success in the recorded music industry. Originally conceived to honor artists and track sound recording sales, Gold & Platinum Awards have come to stand as a benchmark of success for any artist—whether they’ve just released their first song or Greatest Hits album. The RIAA Gold & Platinum Awards have been a pinnacle of success in the music industry since 1958. The awards below are earned by artists who have met rigorous standards, and recipients join the ranks of the most iconic recording artists.

CUSTOM FRAMERS
We can provide you with the perfect frame to accent your piece. While you can never go wrong with classic black matte frame, we can custom carve lion heads with gilded gold, and build beautiful plexiglass cases depending on your piece.
