Thor Hammer

This piece was one of our more challenging and exciting projects and made full use of our production capabilities. A replica of Thor's hammer signed by Stan Lee was encased in a 10-inch deep custom built frame. The different elements all make use of the depth created by the hammer and allowed for many different layers of materials. The lightning bolts were created by laser etching into plexiglass and then lighting up the edges with neon strips. The letters were laser cut out of plexi, and the Thor figure in the background was a printed laser cut piece. The background is made up of a digital collage of vintage Thor comic strips.
